The staff is friendly and attentive, always making sure that guests have a comfortable stay. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a queen size bed or an extremely comfortable king size bed.

Everything was just as expected, no improvements needed.

The room had a decent view and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. the hotel was located in a vibrant area with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. the breakfast spread had a good variety of options.

The room had a weird odor that stayed throughout the stay. the staff seemed a bit uninterested in assisting us and we had to wait for a long time to get any help.

The staff provided great hospitality, with special mention to Ranjith, the bartender, who was friendly and knowledgeable about the cocktails. The room services were fast and the restaurant staff were very polite. The spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel also offered a variety of tasty dishes at their restaurants, catering to different preferences. Additionally, they had a tour package to explore nearby attractions, which was very convenient.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Thirdly, the location of the hotel in the city center was perfect, with easy access to a variety of international cuisines. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a king size bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided was also top-notch, offering a wide selection of dishes to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't have asked for more.

Awesome hospitality, friendly staff always ready to help. Delicious and varied buffet breakfast, with both North and South Indian dishes. Comfortable chairs and sofas in the lobby with green areas nearby to relax. Well functioning wifi and air conditioning everywhere. Room was neat and tidy with a nice gesture of putting art made of towels and small plants in the room. The music played in the lobby, corridors and restaurant was calming.

Toilet flushing takes too long, could benefit from a water-saving button. Air conditioning was sometimes noisy in the room.

We loved the clean and spacious hotel with great facilities including a well-equipped gym and a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered convenient parking and transportation services. The location was perfect, close to the local market and in a nice area of this city.
